Community Development Initiative for Change and Aid is a Non-Governmental Organization established in Nigeria with commitment to sustainable national and community development. CICA is a registered non-for-profit organization with the Corporate Affairs Commission dedicated to improving the lives of local communities through access to qualitative education, health and economic strengthening services in Nigeria. The organization is committed to the wellbeing of women, youth, children and marginalized groups in Nigeria and across Africa.
